Capisco un momento di difficoltà per ripulire il negozio dall’acqua alta, ma rinunciare ad una vendita rapidissima già concordata 2 giorni prima mi sembra davvero autolesionistico. In ogni caso sarebbe bastato un sorriso per non far perdere per sempre un cliente storico a Giobagnara. Ma se l’indirizzo mail per fare l’ordine on-line me lo devo prendere dalla vetrina, nessun problema: gli ordini non ve li farò mai più. Contenti voi.....
The usual rudeness of the Venetians when they do everything to make a wonderful city hate! I understand a moment of difficulty to clean the shop of high water, but giving up a very quick sale already agreed 2 days before seems to me really self-defeating. In any case, a smile would have been enough to keep a long-term customer in Giobagnara forever. But if I have to take the e-mail address to place the order online, no problem: I will never do the orders again. Happy you .....

Même problème sur 2 jours avec vendeurs différents. Pas les mêmes renseignements sur un article à croire que ces messieurs dont des archiduchesses qui détiennent le Saint Esprit

Same problem on 2 days with different sellers. Not the same information on an article to believe as these gentlemen including archduchesses who hold the Holy Spirit
