Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cortese, il Dottore è stato gentilissimo e professionale, mi ha subito messa a mio agio e ha provveduto a rinnovare la mia patente in soli dieci minuti, evitando le solite lunghe attese degli uffici.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, the Doctor was very kind and professional, he immediately put me at ease and proceeded to renew my license in just ten minutes, avoiding the usual long waits in the offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata bruttissima! Mi sono sentita al mercato e non ho visto nessuna professionalità e amabilità. Per un rinnovo patente è stato impossibile pagare con carta ma solo in contanti! Mi sono sentita "buttata" su una sedia e a leggere delle lettere completamente al buio. Il dottore in modo molto scortese mi invita a firmare su un pezzettino di carta senza spiegarmi il perchè della firma! Ed infine sono stata accusata di "soffrire di patologie nervose"...Non ho parole per esprimere la mia deludente esperienza!!!
My experience was awful! I felt at the market and I didn't see any professionalism and kindness. For a license renewal it was impossible to pay by card but only in cash! I felt "thrown" in a chair and reading letters completely in the dark. The doctor in a very rude way invites me to sign on a piece of paper without explaining the reason for the signature! And finally I was accused of "suffering from nervous diseases" ... I have no words to express my disappointing experience !!!
