Al mio arrivo, sono stata accolta in modo ineccepibile. L’intero staff si è prodigato moltissimo per aiutarmi a risolvere una situazione particolare riguardante il colore dei miei capelli, reduci da un anno di colorazioni effettuate con hennè, che mi sembrava impossibile da debellare. E invece... il miracolo è avvenuto! Sono stata affidata alle mani esperte di Megghy, che, tra una chiacchierata e una risata, ha fatto della mia capigliatura una vera e propria opera d’arte, realizzando quello che per me era impossibile anche solo immaginare, con il risultato che potete osservare in foto: capelli sani, colori luminosi, taglio perfetto, piega impeccabile. Il locale brilla per la pulizia, l’atmosfera è rilassante, il personale è gentile e cordiale. Competenza, qualità, eccellenza, cura e attenzione sono le colonne portanti del loro lavoro, svolto - come è evidente - con professionalità e passione. Sono rimasta sorpresa, soddisfatta e... felicissima! Che dire? Avete conquistato il mio cuore. ? Alla prossima! After several negative experiences, I chose Giovanna's salon both because it was recommended to me by a dear friend of mine and because I had already been following her Instagram page for a while and was aware of the magnificent works she had done. Upon my arrival, I was received flawlessly. The entire staff went to great lengths to help me resolve a particular situation regarding the color of my hair, returning from a year of henna coloring, which seemed impossible to eradicate. But instead ... the miracle happened! I was entrusted to the expert hands of Megghy, who, between a chat and a laugh, made my hair a real work of art, creating what was impossible for me to even imagine, with the result that you can observe in photo: healthy hair, bright colors, perfect cut, flawless style. The place shines for its cleanliness, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is polite and friendly. Competence, quality, excellence, care and attention are the backbones of their work, carried out - as is evident - with professionalism and passion. I was surprised, satisfied and ... very happy! Tutti i collaboratori sono sempre sorridenti e attenti alle proprie clienti, a cominciare dallo shampoo alla piega. Ringrazio ogni singolo di loro perché mi hanno coccolata e fatta sentire a mio agio, specialmente Gió, la quale sa come consigliarti. Consiglio assolutamente il posto a tutti coloro che tengono particolarmente alla propria chioma e vogliono coccolarla per renderla meravigliosa. Adoro ogni prodotto, ma ancor di più adoro lei e lo staff a dir poco gentile e affidabile. All the collaborators are always smiling and attentive to their customers, starting from the shampoo to the style. I’ve left GIO’s feeling like a beautiful princess and to be honest, I’m considering returning here from England every 3-4 months only for her services. iT.: bellissima! They washed my hair with different products and got a mask for a while, while I was enjoying the massager seat. Then for the hair cut they gave me some advices and got a nicely cured hair. And while drying they styled my hair and got some more products. They are welcoming, professional, experienced. They took a great care of my hair and spent quite some time for it!
