Excellent assortment of ice cream, the creams are soft and give a pleasant sensation like an embrace on the palate. Personally I love their crunchy "chocolates" outside with ice cream inside. A real poem of sweetness.

Si avverte la qualità superiore degli ingredienti e delle materie prime.
La granita alle mandorle è veramente granita alla mandorle: niente sciroppi e/o preparati chimici (una rarità!).
La prossima volta proverò anche il resto della gastronomia

You can feel the superior quality of the ingredients and raw materials.
Almond granita is really almond granita: no syrups and / or chemical preparations (a rarity!).
Next time I will also try the rest of the gastronomy
