La signora è stata abbastanza disponibile ma non mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema che si è presentato anche presso la sua ricevitoria anzi mi ha esortato a risolvere personalmente con la Lottomatica dicendomi che così le rendevo un servizio perché Lei sarebbe stata inascoltata.
