Il 10 il pacco dopo due giorni non era ancora stato spedito e nonostante io abbia scritto all’assistenza ancora oggi che è San Valentino risultava in deposito. Sono dovuta andare io prenderlo dal deposito perché altrimenti mi sarebbe arrivato domani con 4 giorni di ritardo. Il pacco era in condizioni inaccettabili, la sciarpa sta per fortuna in buone condizioni, ma sconsiglio vivamente.
I ordered a scarf as a gift for Valentine's Day, as it was due to arrive on 10 February. On the 10th, after two days, the package had not yet been sent and despite the fact that I wrote to assistance even today that it is Valentine's Day it was in storage. I had to go and get it from the depot because otherwise it would have arrived 4 days late tomorrow. The package was in unacceptable condition, the scarf is fortunately in good condition, but I strongly advise against it.
