Stamattina non funzionava la caldaia, dopo un ora erano qua e hanno risolto il problema . Considerato che siamo in periodo festivo non era così scontato, grazie , infine, a Davide ( il tecnico che è intervenuto per la ditta Gigante) gentile e competente I had read bad reviews and instead they are kind, punctual, helpful and professional. Non avendo mai effettuato personalmente la regolare accensione, chiedo un breve intervento per poterla eseguire correttamente. Risposta: 'non possiamo perdere tempo', 'non possiamo perdere mezza giornata'. Grazie. Maintenance for years with the company. Vacant house, boiler off. Maintenance regularly performed this year. Arrivato a casa, il tecnico spruzza un po' d'aria compressa (prevista nella manutenzione) e va via senza eseguire il controllo periodico (non gli è stato permesso di fare altro dall'ufficio). Contattando la segreteria, mi fa presente che per quello ripasseranno in un secondo momento (devo aspettare il loro calendario!). Intanto mi prendono 50 euro per l'aria (!!!!) e dopo mi toccherebbe dargli almeno 150 per la manutenzione. Mi sono rivolto altrove. Senza considerare l'insolenza di chi risponde al telefono! Ho un malfunzionamento della valvola a 3 vie dal 2018 (che sto ancora aspettando che me la cambino) che mi fa andare giù di pressione l'impianto. Quest'anno tornano a farmi la revisione dell'impianto e mi dice l'operaio che se l'anno scorso cambiavamo il pezzo non pagavamo niente in quanto eravamo sotto garanzia. Oggi li sento e mi dicono che non copre i pezzi,dopo che nel 2018 mi avevano detto l'incontrario. Dopo tanti anni che eravamo clienti. NON FATE ASSICURAZIONI AGGIUNTE CON LORO CHE TANTO VI PRENDONO IN GIRO COME HANNO FATTO CON ME. ANZI TROVATEVI QUALCUN'ALTRO!!!!!! SHAME Put a star because you can't do less ...
