★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro in più per la riconsegna in ritardo il lunedì mattina senza che nel contratto ci fosse scritta la clausola per il lunedì.. ma la cosa più grave è il prelievo forzoso dalla carta a distanza di tempo e la mancata notifica al momento della riconsegna o dopo la riconsegna prima del prelievo..
ho contestato e dopo un paio di email hanno iniziato ad ignorare pur di non rimborsarmi ..

They made me pay 50 euros more for late delivery on Monday morning without the contract containing the Monday clause .. but the most serious thing is the forced withdrawal from the card after some time and the failure to notify the time of delivery or after delivery before collection.
I contested and after a couple of emails they started to ignore it so as not to refund me ..
Bad service ..
