Sono stata servita con professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità sia al piano superiore dove vendono i tessuti e sia al piano inferiore dove vendono la merceria. Purtroppo non ricordo il nome della fanciulla del piano superiore e mi dispiace perchè è stata graziosissima....ma ben ricordo Martina della merceria, ha saputo consigliarmi e mi ha seguita in ogni passo, non sono una gran professionista del cucito, aiutandomi nelle scelte. Ben organizzato sia la zona taglio stoffe che il reparto di merceria a cui però faccio un piccolo appunto una sola commessa al sabato pomeriggio forse è poco, magari prevedere un jolly tra taglio e merceria. Insomma o sai perfettamente di cos'hai bisogno, oppure meglio andare da un altra parte. Gentilissimi i ragazzi del reparto merceria e anche il personale dei tessuti. Peccato per il signore responsabile della cassa Davide veramente indisponente e poco cordiale più volte ha avuto modi bruschi e per niente gentile. Esistono ceste ordinate in base alla tipologia di tessuti dove puoi comprare a peso e risparmiare ancora. Ho avuto un problema con la sartoria ma il titolare è stato molto disponibile e professionale: ha risolto il problema venendo incontro alle mie richieste. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio. Purtroppo mi è capitato molto spesso di andare in negozio e non trovare le stoffe di cui avevo bisogno, le quali sono rimaste non disponibili per settimane, alcune per mesi. La cordialità del personale non è sempre assicurata, capita di essere serviti da dipendenti super disponibili e molto esperti come capita di essere trattati in malomodo e da dipendenti che non comprendono le richieste. Qualche settimana fa mi sono recato in negozio per acquistare della ciniglia, con la mia solita fortuna era esaurita, allora ho chiesto della ciniglia velluto, la risposta della dipendente che al momento mi stava servendo è stata “non esiste, abbiamo però il velluto”, si reca in magazzino e torna indietro con della ciniglia velluto dicendomi “non ci eravamo capiti bene, ecco la ciniglia velluto”. Ugualmente capita alla cassa, una volta si è serviti cordialmente un’altra si è a malapena considerati Non mancano però gli episodi di estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dei commessi: dipende dalla giornata! Raccomando il negozio ma consiglio di recarsi molto tempo prima a prendere i tessuti dato che la loro presenza in esposizione o in magazzino non è mai assicurata, consiglio anche di prepararsi ad un eventuale trattamento spiacevole The shop is very well stocked, the materials are of good quality and the prices are affordable. Al piano superiore, invece, la ricerca del tessuto ideale per le nostre confezioni potrebbe essere infinita: un'esposizione vastissima di tessuti a metro (di tutte le fibre e di tutti i pesi) e tessuti d'arredo, nonché gli scampoli a peso dove trovare l'ispirazione giusta. Sempre valido il rapporto qualità/prezzo e il personale sa come consigliarci e ha mooolta pazienza.
