★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho mai fatto traslochi, quindi non so se l'esperienza che ho avuto è normale, ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più.
La ditta non esegue servizio di sgombero se non relativo ai mobili, i mie scatoloni con scritto "fragile " sono stati messi sotto una pila di altri, i materassi e il divano sono stati trasportati senza essere coperti, le coperte che avevo sul letto sono state sbattute alla rinfusa per terra, gli scatoloni mi aspettavo fossero posizionati già nelle stanze di destinazione mentre sono stati messi tutti nel box e ho dovuto chiedere io che almeno quelli del primo piano fossero portati su. Inoltre alcuni oggetti sono stati dimenticati nella casa vecchia. Infine, nella casa vecchia mi hanno rotto una beola in giardino, parcheggiando sopra il camion.
Di positivo c'è che il montaggio dei mobili è stato eseguito correttamente e nella casa nuova non sono stati sporcati o rovinati troppo i muri.
I state that I never moved, so I don't know if the experience I had is normal, but honestly I expected more.
The company does not perform a clearing service except for furniture, my boxes with "fragile" writing were placed under a pile of others, the mattresses and the sofa were transported without being covered, the blankets I had on the bed were slammed in bulk on the ground, I expected the boxes to be placed already in the destination rooms while they were all put in the box and I had to ask that at least those on the first floor were brought up. Furthermore some objects have been forgotten in the old house. Finally, in the old house they broke a beola in the garden, parking on the truck.
On the positive side, the furniture was assembled correctly and the walls were not dirty or too damaged in the new house.

They have perfectly adapted my kitchen in a smaller space, providing practical advice on how to arrange everything considering the water attacks of the new house. They worked with precision and always with a smile and when I needed a small change they came back without any delay. I recommend them and thank them very much for the excellent value for money.
