★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono andata questa mattina per cambiare un regalo ricevuto a Natale e nonostante avessi lo scontrino non ho potuto fare il cambio perché era stato strappato male il cartellino con il prezzo...quando ho fatto presente che non ero stata io a strapparlo, ma io ero solo la destinataria del regalo, con insistenza mi è stato detto che invece ero stata proprio io ?? il problema non è stato il cambio in sé, bastava dire di no con cortesia e gentilezza, invece due commesse sono state veramente maleducate...ve lo sconsiglio vivamente
