★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo al telefono per sapere se avevano in negozio l'aerografo per compressore con ugello di fuoriuscita da 2.5mm. Mi risponde un "gentile" signore che dalla voce sembrava anche di una certa età che senza rispondere sulla disponibilità o meno del negozio del prodotto mi chiede se l'aerografo che cercavo mi interessava con presa di carico superiore o inferiore. Io non essendo del mestiere chiedo da inesperto la differenza di tale tipologia. Risposta molto gentile di una persona che dovrebbe vendere un articolo....... SE LEI MI CHIEDE LA DIFFERENZA TRA PRESA SUPERIORE O INFERIORE NON NE CAPISCE MOLTO DI VERNICIATURA..... io rimango stranito dalla risposta, con molta gentilezza ho fatto capire all'operatore che non mi sembrava un reato non conoscere tale differenza e che con quel modo di fare altezzoso con tutti i BRICOMAN ecc. sicuramente non invogliava a comperare nel suo negozio... L'aerografo cmq non lo avevano (avevano solo l'ugello da 1.8mm); trovo alquanto poco furbo avere un atteggiamento del genere verso clienti intenzionati ad acquistare. Saluti
I call on the phone to find out if they had a compressor airbrush with a 2.5mm nozzle in the shop. A "gentle" gentleman replies that from the voice he also seemed of a certain age who, without replying about the availability or not of the product shop, asks me if the airbrush I was looking for interested me with a higher or lower load point. As I am not a professional, I ask the inexperienced difference of this type. Very kind reply from a person who should sell an item ....... IF YOU ASK ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UPPER OR LOWER SOCKS YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND VERY PAINTING ..... I remain amazed by the answer, with much kindness I have made it clear to the operator that it did not seem a crime not to know this difference and that with that haughty way of doing with all BRICOMAN etc. surely he didn't want to buy in his shop ... The airbrush cmq didn't have it (they only had the 1.8mm nozzle); I find it somewhat unwise to have such an attitude towards customers willing to buy. Regards
