Diverso il discorso alle casse, non per colpa del personale, ma del sistema cassa, ormai obsoleto. Per annullare un prodotto,passato allo scanner,bisogna abbandonare la cassa, munirsi di una chiave e procedere. Queste operazioni sono comuni, I clienti spesso cambiano idea e bisogna esser pronti all'intoppo. Altra operazione importante è la sospensione dei prodotti acquistati, se acquisto 50 prodotti e dimentico, come mi è capitato, di pesare le banane, la cassiera con I sisitemi attuali, potrebbe sospendere l'operazione ed evetualmente continuare in un secondo momento. Anzichè bloccare la cassa ed accumulare persone in attesa. Quindi con un investimento del genere, si evitano lunghe attese in cassa e situazioni meno imbarazzanti per I cassieri. Consiglio di non andarci ad ora di pranzo e cena.. Friendly and helpful staff, when you are looking for something difficult to locate, just ask and make yourself available.
