Io e mia moglie eravamo in fila per lo scontrino, come tutti gli altri clienti e una volta arrivati alla cassa, il gestore ha notato che mia moglie è in attesa. Con molta professionalità ha chiesto a mia moglie: "signora ma lei è in attesa?". Mia moglie sorpresa dalla domanda gli ha risposto di "SI". Il gestore dopo aver terminato l'ordine , ci ha consegnato lo scontrino e ci ha detto: " signora lei non fa la fila, le donne in attesa non si fanno attendere". Al che mia moglie ha risposto: non si preoccupi, sono abituata a fare la fila anche perché nessuno mi ha mai fatto passare avanti. Il gestore sbalordito dalla risposta di mia moglie, accennando un sorriso, ha preso lo scontrino e ci ha detto: " qui non funziona così", ha chiamato uno dei suoi dipendenti e gli ha ordinato di servire mia moglie in quanto in attesa.... Niente, un gesto che vale più di mille parole. Grazie per la professionalità. E comunque il gelato e il waffle erano buonissimi. Consigliatissimo. My wife and I were in line for the receipt, like all the other customers, and once we got to the cashier, the manager noticed that my wife was waiting. With great professionalism he asked my wife: "Madam, are you waiting?". My wife surprised by the question replied "YES". The manager, after finishing the order, handed us the receipt and told us: "Madam, you don't queue, women waiting don't make you wait". To which my wife replied: don't worry, I'm used to queuing also because no one has ever let me go ahead. The manager stunned by my wife's response, with a hint of a smile, took the receipt and told us: "it doesn't work like that here", he called one of his employees and ordered him to serve my wife as she was waiting ... . Durante quest’ultima esperienza ho avuto modo di provare la loro coppa gelato. La panna era messa in grande abbondanza, tanto da coprire quasi tutto il resto, non molto bello da vedere, ma era buonissimo. I gusti mandorla e pistacchio erano davvero deliziosi. Da tornarci ancora e ancora. A guarantee every time. Fast and efficient service, absolutely normal prices but above all quality products in large quantities. During this last experience I was able to try their ice cream cup. The cream was put in great abundance, enough to cover almost everything else, not very nice to look at, but it was very good. The almond and pistachio flavors were very delicious. To go back again and again.
