★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La villa costruita su tre livelli fu commissionata dall'imprenditore di origine inglese Giuseppe Whitaker e realizzata tra il 1885 e il 1889 su progetto dell'architetto Ignazio Greco. L'edificio è immerso nel verde di un giardino stile misto inglese italiano e progettato da Emilio Kinzmann e si estende per circa 7 ettari. All'interno si trovano piante rare provenienti da tutto il mondo e un vivaio che conservava molti specie di orchidee. È presente un laghetto con alcuni esemplari di tartarughe e qualche papera. L'ingresso al giardino è libero mentre le visite alla villa sono a pagamento.
The villa built on three levels was commissioned by the entrepreneur of English origin Giuseppe Whitaker and built between 1885 and 1889 on a project by the architect Ignazio Greco. The building is immersed in the greenery of a mixed English-Italian style garden designed by Emilio Kinzmann and extends for about 7 hectares. Inside there are rare plants from all over the world and a nursery that kept many species of orchids. There is a pond with some specimens of turtles and some duck. Admission to the garden is free while visits to the villa are subject to charges.
