★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo per i bambini. Bisogna fare un po' di manutenzione alle giostre, per l'eccessiva fruizione da parte dei bimbi. Bisognerebbe aggiungere un'altra altalena per i bambini molto piccoli, ovvero quella con la sicura. Questa villetta è il fiore all'occhiello di Gaeta. Un po di manutenzione non guasta.
