Il servizio è molto professionale e sono veloci nell'uscita delle pietanze, non abbiamo mai aspettato troppo anche quando il locale era stracolmo! E se vi capita prendete una porzione di ravioli di gamberi, sono in migliori che abbia mai mangiato! Edo e Laura ?
 The best Chinese cuisine in Genoa !!!! Dishes freshly prepared and served on still hot plates! The service is very professional and they are quick to deliver the dishes, we never waited too long even when the place was packed! And if you happen to get a portion of shrimp ravioli, they are the best I've ever eaten! Edo and Laura ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentatore degli All-you-can-eat pseudo giapponesi (dove la mia prova di qualità è assaggiare anche un piatto caldo) ho perso un po' l'abitudine ai Ristoranti Cinesi di tipo 'classico', quelli che da giovani erano l'alternativa economica alla pizzeria per mangiar fuori con pochi quattrini... il Giardino D'Oro è sempre stata una meta prediletta dai miei genitori, che pure non erano amanti dell'esotico e ne arrivavano da Sampierdarena, dove peraltro c'erano e ci sono alcuni locali validi; e però se ne venivano fino in centro di proposito! Io che abito a due passi, come succede spesso scelgo mete più distanti, ma l'altra sera siamo tornati con mio fratello un po' per 'operazione nostalgia' un po' per vedere se la gestione era sempre la stessa. Per fortuna è così: il menu offre piatti non proprio comuni ad altri, si aspetta il tempo di preparazione, ed ogni portata ha un sapore differente! chi frequenta la cucina cinese, sa che bastano questi parametri per capire il valore di un locale; chi mangia invece solo gli Involtini Primavera e si aspetta il sapore del prodotto standard (perché surgelato e distribuito dai grossisti insieme a tanti altri prodotti) fa meglio a restare sui ristoranti che conosce.
Nota: non amo i funghi cinesi perché li trovo 'viscidi', invece quelli nella mia terrina di rane con verdure -in foto- erano finalmente commestibili! Tutte le materie prime di buona qualità.
A frequenter of the pseudo Japanese All-you-can-eat (where my proof of quality is also tasting a hot dish) I have lost a bit of the habit of 'classic' Chinese restaurants, those that were the alternative when I was young cheap to the pizzeria to eat out with little money ... the Golden Garden has always been a favorite destination for my parents, who were not lovers of the exotic and came from Sampierdarena, where there were and there are some valid premises; and yet they came up to the center on purpose! I live close by, as often happens, I choose more distant destinations, but the other night we went back with my brother a little for 'nostalgia operation' a little to see if the management was always the same. Fortunately, this is the case: the menu offers dishes that are not exactly common to others, you wait for the preparation time, and each course has a different flavor! those who frequent Chinese cuisine know that these parameters are enough to understand the value of a place; instead, those who eat only Spring Rolls and expect the taste of the standard product (because it is frozen and distributed by wholesalers along with many other products) is better off staying in the restaurants they know.
Note: I don't like Chinese mushrooms because I find them 'slimy', instead the ones in my terrine of frogs with vegetables - in the photo - were finally edible! All good quality raw materials.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Also great for take-out.
