★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area verde che comprende ciò che è rimasto dallo scempio che è stato fatto dell'ex boschetto Di Bella a motivo di una lottizzazione selvaggia che ha comportato il fiorire di palazzine e lo sviluppo di una nuova zona residenziale in un'area molto delicata del quartiere Madonna dell'Aiuto fino ad arrivare a ridosso dell'omonima chiesetta. Avrebbe meritato una valutazione più alta prima che tale scempio fosse perpetrato, ma allo stato attuale non si può premiare il triste fenomeno che è avvenuto negli anni
