M	Massimo Marchese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scorso mese di giugno abbiamo acquistato per la nostra nuova casa una pianta da appartamento. Abbiamo seguito le indicazioni relative al mantenimento della pianta, ma dopo due giorni le foglie hanno cominciato a macchiarsi e cadere (riporto delle foto a riguardo). A fine giugno abbiamo portato le foglie cadute da Galbiati e ci è stato detto di bagnarla meno o di più e che escludevano problemi legati a muffe o funghi, purtroppo la pianta continuava a peggiorare. A fine agosto abbiamo portato la pianta e questa volta ci è stato detto che aveva un fungo ...e di comprare un prodotto funghicida... tutto ciò non era mai stato accennato fino a quel momento. Dopo due giorni siamo tornati a ritirare la pianta che abbiamo trovato in condizioni pietose ed abbiamo deciso di lasciare. In tutto ciò abbiamo letteralmente buttato via 70 euro ed incontrato persone senza nessuna cura per il cliente. Pur abitando molto vicini e avendo sempre visto i Giardini Galbiati come un punto di riferimento, qualcosa nella gestione e nella cura del cliente evidentemente si è rotto e non torneremo mai più sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per il cattivo servizio. Rimaniamo parecchio perplessi, anche nel leggere il tono delle riposte su altre recensioni, sull'incapacità di voler mettersi in discussione critica davanti a problematiche di questo tipo. Un vero peccato per la città di Milano. Massimo Marchese Last June we bought a houseplant for our new house. We followed the instructions relating to the maintenance of the plant, but after two days the leaves began to stain and fall (I report the photos in this regard). At the end of June we brought the fallen leaves from Galbiati and we were told to wet it less or more and that they excluded problems related to mold or fungi, unfortunately the plant continued to get worse. At the end of August we brought the plant and this time we were told it had a mushroom ... and to buy a fungicide product ... all of this had never been mentioned until then. After two days we returned to collect the plant that we found in pitiful condition and we decided to leave. In all of this, we literally wasted 70 euros and met people without any care for the customer. Although we live very close and have always seen the Galbiati Gardens as a point of reference, something in the management and customer care has obviously broken and we will never come back both for the quality of the products and for the bad service. We remain quite perplexed, even in reading the tone of the responses to other reviews, about the inability to want to question oneself critically in the face of problems of this type. Ampia offerta di alberi di Natale nel periodo Natalizio sia veri che finti e quest' ultimi anche già confezionati. Merita 5 stelline se non fosse per i prezzi che non sono molto contenuti. Beautiful shop. Plants of all kinds and everything for gardening, from pots to plant products. Large outdoor nursery. Wide range of Christmas trees in the Christmas period both real and fake and the latter also already packaged. It deserves 5 stars if it were not for the prices which are not very low.

Con piccola area giochi per bambini e libreria con libri da leggere sul posto. Very beautiful. Very big. Lots of plants. I was also struck by the vast assortment of vases. With small children's play area and library with books to read on the spot.

D	Denise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful garden center with wide choice of indoor/outdoor plants of all sizes, stylish homeware and very friendly knowledgeable staff. Just bought a very nice Christmas tree and had it delivered at a very good price. There is also a fabulous Christmas wonderland, great for kids.
