★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno degli angoli più belli della città, che però nel tempo è stato rovinato dal degrado. Si tratta di un'area verde appena fuori mura che fino al agli inizi del 1800 apparteneneva ad uno dei lati della fortezza del Papa che aveva pianta pentagonale.
One of the most beautiful corners of the city, but over time it has been ruined by decay. It is a green area just outside the walls that until the early 1800s belonged to one of the sides of the Pope's fortress which had a pentagonal plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito del Bando del 2016 per la riqualificazione urbana e la sicurezza delle periferie, la precedente giunta comunale ha presentato il progetto di riqualificazione che prevede l'articolazione dell'area in tre spazi infrastrutturali: la 'piazza della città', la banchina e l'infrastruttura verde urbana.
La nuova giunta ha proceduto a delle varianti che di fatto hanno rallentato i lavori.
Progetto che presenta finalità non realizzate, come quella di raccordarsi con il centro città o di creare una zona verde lungo il Po di Volano. Affinché questo obiettivo possa essere realizzato, bisogna provvedere ad uno studio più dettagliato del verde e di un risanamento del fiume
Following the 2016 call for urban redevelopment and the safety of suburbs, the previous municipal council presented the redevelopment project which envisages the articulation of the area into three infrastructural spaces: the 'town square', the quay and the urban green infrastructure.
The new council made some changes which actually slowed down the work.
Project with unrealized aims, such as connecting with the city center or creating a green area along the Po di Volano. In order for this objective to be achieved, a more detailed study of the greenery and rehabilitation of the river must be undertaken
