S	Stefano Marchesan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica 27/03/22 trattati in modo imbarazzante. In sei persone ci siamo visti portare 1 (UNO!!) pacchetto di patatine assieme al bere. Alla mia ovvia richiesta di averne ancora, ne ha portato un altro. La cameriera che alla domanda riguardo un vino presente in mescita, risponde con "fidati che è buono". Un disastro su tutta la linea. Statene alla larga, andate in qualche bar che sa lavorare con la gente per cortesia. Sunday 27/03/22 treated in an embarrassing way. In six people we were brought 1 (ONE !!) packet of chips along with the drink. At my obvious request for more, he brought in another. When asked about a wine in the glass, the waitress replies with "trust me it's good". A disaster across the board. Stay away, go to some bar that knows how to work with people out of courtesy.
R	Raissa Pizzato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto bella ricavata in un palazzo storico. Molto carino anche l'esterno, ci sono parecchi posti nel giardino sotto gli alberi (fresco d'estate). Vasta varietà di vini e personale molto gentile e competente. Lo consiglio assolutamente per aperitivi o dopo cena. Very nice location in a historic building. The outside is also very nice, there are several places in the garden under the trees (cool in summer). Wide variety of wines and very kind and competent staff. I absolutely recommend it for aperitifs or after dinner.

La location è stupenda e per questo ho deciso di offrire da bere per il mio compleanno agli amici proprio qui, non l'avessi mai fatto, che figura pessima! Ho prenotato con 1 giorno di anticipo ma appena sono arrivata non c'era posto e nonostante la bella giornata (E LA PRENOTAZIONE) ci hanmo fatti accomodare dentro (IN UN TAVOLO CHE COMUNQUE NON ERA RISERVATO A NOI). Quando l'ho fatto notare si sono giustificati con "pareva brutto mandare via i clienti già accomodati" senza nemmeno scusarsi del disagio. Morale della favola non si può prenotare. Al momento dell'ordinazione un'amica chiede di più sul vino che voleva ordinare e la risposta è stata "è il mio vino di fine turno, ottimo" stiamo parlando di un'enoteca e la cameriera era talmente poco preparata da ammiccare e non dare una risposta ad una domanda che in questi posti è quasi di routine. Ci'lascia con un " vi faccio sapere" ma in realtà è tornata con i calici senza proferire parola sul vino. ad accompagnare "l'aperitivo" di 6 persone, un sacchetto di patatine, tanto che abbiamo dovuto richiederne altre per mangiare almeno 2 patatine a testa. Diamo scappati a gambe levate. Mai più in vita. Ho sentito che apriranno anche a Pove ci starò alla larga You cannot give 0 stars, I would have gladly given them. The location is wonderful and that's why I decided to offer a drink for my birthday to friends right here, I had never done it, what a terrible figure! I booked 1 day in advance but as soon as I arrived there was no room and despite the beautiful day (AND THE RESERVATION) we were seated inside (IN A TABLE WHICH WAS NOT RESERVED FOR US). When I pointed this out they justified themselves with "it seemed ugly to send away the customers already settled" without even apologizing for the inconvenience. Moral of the story can not be booked. At the time of ordering a friend asked for more about the wine she wanted to order and the answer was "it's my wine at the end of the shift, excellent" we are talking about a wine shop and the waitress was so poorly prepared that she winked and did not give an answer to a question that is almost routine in these places. She leaves us with an "I'll let you know" but in reality she returned with the glasses without saying a word about the wine. to accompany the "aperitif" of 6 people, a bag of chips, so much so that we had to request more to eat at least 2 chips each. Let's run away. Never again alive. Heard they'll open in Pove too, I'll stay away
