Poca professionalità, limitata competenza, informazioni frammentarie vaghe e atteggiamento di sufficienza in modo da confondere completamente l'ignaro utente. Qualora non capiate l'italiano, come mi è stato detto dal gestore, lui è bilingue, è in grado di esprimersi anche in dialetto. Ovviamente il tutto risolto dopo 20 minuti in agenzia pratiche auto.
