Staff molto cordiale e professionale, con ottimi canali di comunicazione (telefono, mail e Whatsapp) e molto rapidi nel rispondere e dare informazioni, ottimo anche l'imballaggio e con prezzi molto concorrenziali quasi sempre i più bassi. L'unico neo la scelta del corriere a cui affidano le spedizioni (GLS), che come il loro solito sono molto scortesi e poco professionali, con una spedizione di 3 colli di cui 2 da 40Kg e una da 10Kg, si presentano senza prendere accordi (cosa che fanno tutti gli altri per spedizioni di oggetti così voluminosi e pesanti), lasciano i pacchi all'ingresso senza il mio consenso e rifiutandosi di fare il secondo tentativo. Se cambiano corriere diventano il N°1 nel loro settore. I bought a Razzoli Papillon rocking chair online. The only drawback is the choice of the courier to whom they entrust the shipments (GLS), which as usual are very rude and unprofessional, with a shipment of 3 packages of which 2 of 40Kg and one of 10Kg, present themselves without making agreements (which everyone else does for shipments of such bulky and heavy items), they leave the packages at the entrance without my consent and refusing to make the second attempt. If they change courier, they become the No. 1 in their sector.
