a	alessio zunino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una bici usata, la ho pagata subito e l'ho ritirata dopo una settimana, perchè, a dire del venditore la bici doveva essere revisionata. alla consegna l'alza sella non funzionava, ho chiesto uno sconto, non me lo hanno concesso, il meccanico mi ha detto che non era possibile revisionarlo e mi hanno proposto l'acquisto di un alza sella nuovo a prezzo di costo, ho acconsentito, cosí il titolare mi ha detto che lo avrebbe ordinato e che mi avrebbe chiamato l'indomani per farmi sapere qualcosa. Mi hanno regolato l'altezza sella e controllato la pressione degli ammortizzatori e mi hanno regalato una camera d'aria. Nel giro d'inaugurazione mi sono accorto che il freno posteriore non era centrato e toccava sul disco, le leve freni avevano una corsa eccessiva, l'inclinazione della sella era sbagliata (il venditore mi aveva detto che il loro biomeccanico avrebbe provveduto a regolare la bici su di me). Arrivato a casa ho allentato a mano una ghiera dell'alza sella e si è messo a funzionare. Ho atteso la chiamata del proprietario il giorno dopo e nelle 2 settimane successive per il famoso alza sella ma sto ancora aspettando.... Ho ricevuto un trattamento approssimativo, sono rimasto molto deluso, sono andato in un negozio per avere un servizio, le aspettative erano alte in quanto piú di un amico mi aveva consigliato questo negozio, non credo che ci rimetterò piede I bought a used bike, paid for it immediately and picked it up after a week, because, according to the seller, the bike had to be overhauled. upon delivery, the seat lift did not work, I asked for a discount, they did not give it to me, the mechanic told me that it was not possible to overhaul it and they offered me the purchase of a new seat lift at cost price, I agreed, so the owner told me that he would order it and that he would call me the next day to let me know something. On the opening lap I realized that the rear brake was not centered and was touching the disc, the brake levers had too much travel, the saddle inclination was wrong (the seller had told me that their biomechanical would have adjusted the bike on me). When I got home, I loosened a saddle-lift ring nut by hand and it started working. I waited for the owner's call the next day and in the next 2 weeks for the famous saddle lift but still waiting .... I got rough treatment, I was very disappointed, I went to a shop to get a service, expectations they were high because more than one friend recommended this shop to me, I don't think I'll set foot on it again
