Hanno insistito nel cambiare pure il disco per una prestazione migliore. Il risultato è un disastro, la ventola sputa fuoco e la gestione dei software è pessima con inceppature e rallentamenti insopportabili!! They basically ruined my laptop! Vorrei sottolineare la professionalità, la gentilezza, la disponibiltà e la serietà di questa Società. Si sono fatti carico di un problema che non era il loro e me lo hanno risolto, basti pensare che prima di contattarli avevo chiamato direttamente l'assistenza Canon, la quale oltre a non risolvere il problema se ne è lavata le mani. Un particolare ringraziamento al Sig.Alessio, tecnico molto professionale, esperto e disponibile, che con molta pazienza mi ha aiutata e ha risolto il mio problema.
