★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In attesa di un rimborso per polizza auto chiusa i primi di Novembre.4mesi dopo ancora nulla. Nessuna risposta a e-mail inviate. Chiamo e l'operatrice mi dice "non ho tempo ora sono impegnata, sto stipulando una nuova polizza, mi lasci nome e recapito telefonico". Nessun riscontro. Servizio pessimo. Ovviamente quando c'è da inviare le comunicazioni per i pagamenti sono puntualissimi.
 Waiting for a reimbursement for car policy closed the first of November.4months after still nothing. No response to sent e-mails. I call and the operator tells me "I have no time now I am busy, I am entering into a new policy, leave me a name and telephone number". No feedback. Bad service. Obviously when there is to send communications for payments are very punctual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono assicurata con loro ormai da parecchi anni (assicurazione auto, casa, sanitaria e anche piccoli investimenti) e devo dire che non ho mai avuto un problema. Il personale è gentilissimo e preparato, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente e cercando di farti pagare il meno possibile! Assolutamente consigliata.
I have been insured with them for several years (car, home, health insurance and even small investments) and I must say that I have never had a problem. The staff is very kind and prepared, always ready to meet the customer's needs and trying to make you pay as little as possible! Absolutely recommended.
