R	Robi Pilloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiamato per per pulire scambitore caldaia passato solo pennello senza lavarlo .era piu sporco dopo che prima di pulirlo .gli ho fatto nottare che la pulizia si fa un un altro modo si è arrabiato e se ne andato .loro puntano non pulendolo che ogni quattro anni devi cambiare lo scambiatore ma non funziona così per la loro bella faccia se ne Degano del cliente .lo scambitore va trattato con delle soluzioni ma nn hanno voglia vogliono solo prendersi i 90 euro e basta ditta non professionale io non chiamerò più loro per carità sveglitevi gente se non siete sodisfati lamentatevi è un vostro diritto .pessimi mai più called to clean boiler exchanger passed only brush without washing it. it was dirtier after before cleaning it. I made him notice that cleaning is done another way he got angry and went away. they bet not cleaning it that every four years you have to change the exchanger but it does not work so for their beautiful face if they degano of the customer. the exchanger must be treated with solutions but they don't want to just take the 90 euros and just non-professional company I will no longer call them for charity wake up people if you are not satisfied, complaining is your right .pessimi never again

Caldaia installata a Dicembre 2016, viene eseguita la pulizia e ogni volta sorge un problema.. ma quest'anno ne sorgono due: -pompa da cambiare -scambiatore primario da pulire o sostituire (a scelta del cliente) Decido di occuparmi solo dello scambiatore e sospendere momentaneamente la pompa. Mi viene fatto il prezzo ovvero pulire lo scambiatore mi costava di più che sostituirlo con uno nuovo. A quel punto scelgo di sostituirlo con uno NUOVO…. Lo scambiatore che mi è stato installato era già sul furgone, ed era privo di imballo e scatola originale. Chiedo di lasciarmi il mio vecchio scambiatore smontato poichè lo avevo già pagato a suo tempo, nonostante le mie rimostranze l’operaio mi riferiva che il titolare assolutamente lo rivoleva indietro. Bel giochetto, il mio vecchio scambiatore verrà portato in azienda ripulito e lucidato come nuovo, caricato sul furgone e pronto per essere installato a qualcun altro cliente a cui verrà spacciato sempre come NUOVO. FURBI AS NOT EVER !!! Boiler installed in December 2016, cleaning is performed and every time a problem arises .. but this year there are two: -Pump to change - primary heat exchanger to be cleaned or replaced (according to customer's choice) I decide to take care of the exchanger only and temporarily suspend the pump. I am being made the price or cleaning the exchanger cost me more than replacing it with a new one. At that point I choose to replace it with a NEW .... The heat exchanger that was installed was already on the van, and had no packaging and no original box. I ask to leave my old exchanger unpacked because I had already paid for it at the time, despite my complaints, the worker told me that the owner was absolutely giving it back. Nice little game, my old heat exchanger will be brought into the company cleaned and polished like new, loaded on the van and ready to be installed to someone else, to whom it will always be sold as NEW.

Caldaie Immergas da dimenticare e rottamare, capisco perche Vailant e altri marchi vanno per la maggiore. Simpatia zero Competenza Zero Furbaggine 1000 ... evitare se avete possibilita' ... Call cost 70 euros without having solved anything, charging time for an imaginary fault search that appeared on the display Intervention cost fired without giving details of the intervention required, material and labor costs. Immergas boilers to be forgotten and scrapped, I understand why Vailant and other brands are the most popular. Zero sympathy Zero competence Cunning 1000 ... avoid if you have a chance ...

Inoltre, le segretarie molto gentili e competenti, sono in grado di risolvere i problemi più comuni con grande competenza anche senza l'intervento del tecnico, forniscono tutte le istruzioni, come ad esempio nel caso mio per blocco caldaia, causa abbassamento della pressione dell'acqua. Complimenti e grazie per il servizio! Punctual and competent assistance: my daughter has an Immergas boiler and turns to Gianni Manutenzioni for all technical assistance. Furthermore, the very kind and competent secretaries are able to solve the most common problems with great competence even without the intervention of the technician, they provide all the instructions, such as in my case for boiler block, due to lowering of the pressure of the water.
