Ingredienti e impasto davvero ottimi, arrivate calde e in poco tempo. Gentile anche il ragazzo alla consegna. Riordineremo sicuramente! La piadina siciliana era immangiabile, una poltiglia intrisa di olio di pessima qualità (presumibilmente quello del tonno, messo all’interno della piadina senza scolarlo) e con i restanti ingredienti, in ammollo in tale liquido, ormai indistinguibili e ammassati sul fondo del sacchetto. Costretta a chiedere delle posate per riuscire a mangiarla, mi sono poi dovuta comunque arrendere perché la consistenza ed il sapore erano ormai irrimediabilmente pregiudicati. Quando ho restituito il vassoio lamentando quanto sopra (la piadina era visibilmente un ammasso informe), non ho ricevuto alcuna scusa né alla ragazza è venuto in mente che avrebbe dovuto prepararne un’altra… Peccato! Suggerirei maggiore attenzione nella preparazione e nella gestione degli ingredienti e maggiore cura verso i clienti. Negative experience…. The Sicilian piadina was inedible, a mush soaked in poor quality oil (presumably that of the tuna, placed inside the flatbread without draining it) and with the remaining ingredients, soaked in this liquid, now indistinguishable and piled on the bottom of the bag. Forced to ask for cutlery to be able to eat it, I then had to give up anyway because the texture and flavor were now irremediably damaged. When I returned the tray complaining of the above (the piadina was visibly a shapeless heap), I received no apology nor did it occur to the girl that she would have to prepare another one ... Too bad! I would suggest greater attention in the preparation and management of ingredients and greater care towards customers.
