Worst service ever. We were waiting 25 minutes to order something and another 25 minutes for drinks. Place is beautiful, but service is very bad.

tourist trap! we paid double of the price on the menue, were threatened when we didnt want to pay full price! PLEASE DONT GO HERE!

I have never experienced such embarrassing and unprofessional behaviour in a restaurant. After the waiter spilled my ordered Aperol on my white trousers, I replied that this happens sometimes and that he did not have to reimburse me for the cost of my trousers, as he suggested (!). In the end, when I wanted to pay the bill for the two Aperol I had ordered, and I would have been happy if they had let me have the Aperols on the house in return for refusing the cost of my trousers and my really relaxed and friendly reaction to my soiled trousers. Instead, after consulting the waiter, the bill was now no longer handed over by the waiter, but by the manager. He slapped the bill on the table without apologising afterwards, saying that an Aperol would now be deducted. We then paid half of the bill, which showed: 2 x Aperol. When we put the money down and wanted to leave, we were brusquely reprimanded that this was already the reduced price! We felt as if we had just tried to fiddle the bill and now had to justify ourselves. In the process, our clothes were soiled and we were cheekily snapped at, although we reacted in a friendly and uncomplicated manner throughout. It was simply an extremely embarrassing action by this restaurant, which outwardly makes a casual and noble impression. To deal with guests in this way in such a situation after the fact. I would have preferred to pay the full price with soiled trousers. Oh God! NEVER AGAIN!

Compared to 4 other places next door, this definately the one with eye for detail and perfection. The cocktails we had were great and the fingerfood that came with them, were delicious and perfectly matched ‘amuses’. Afterwards we read the comments on Google and those came nowhere close to our experience. The waiters were very friendly and swift, even with a full sunday-evening terrace

Worst guacamole ever. 10 eur?! We: "is this the guacamole?" Staff: "it is! You liked it?" We: "Nope, it's terrible" Staff: "oh... Okey" *Flies away*

We went last week in Giangol. One of the best cocktail bar in the city. Their service was good, cocktail was great and mostly the environment was enjoyable and also the prices is reasonable. Overall we enjoyed a lot.

Such a lovely place to have drinks. The bartender made us a few amazing cocktails and the staff were so lovely and they gave us a great service. We'll be back soon!
