Credo che quando non si sia in grado di sistemare un abito lo si deve dire lasciando il cliente libero di poter andare dove vuole. Dopo aver fatto 2 prove con la sarta del negozio che mi aveva rassicurato che l'abito sarebbe stato perfetto e mi avrebbe risolto il difetto, arrivo al giorno della consegna (giorno prima della cerimonia) pago 50 euro per la manodopera, arrivo a casa provo l'abito e con grande dispiacere trovo che non avevano sistemato il difetto. Sono dovuta andare da un'altra sarta di fiducia che ci ha lavorato la notte per rendere l'abito presentabile. Beautiful dresses. The only flaw is the tailoring. R	Rossella Spadola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dato la mia esperienza negativa sconsiglio vivamente questo punto vendita, non per gli abiti quanto per l’arroganza e la maleducazione del titolare, puntando il dito, alzando il tono di voce e avvicinando il suo viso a quello di una ragazza (mia sorella) anziché risolvere in modo professionale il problema causato dall’incompetenza della sarta. Facendoci tornare più volte non essendo di Catania. E continuando fino al giorno della consegna con la sua presunzione e l’essere narcisista. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE questo negozio che rende un momento così importante come la scelta dell’abito per un giorno importante una vera e propria amarezza!!! fatevi un bagno di umiltà e ci risentiamo…! personally I found myself ill, the staff is rude and does not go against the customer's needs but only think about their profit. F	Francesca Baio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata in negozio, e dopo aver constatato che è necessaria la prenotazione, ho chiesto di poter dare un'occhiata, riservandomi di ritornare nel giorno in cui mi avrebbero dato l'appuntamento. Purtroppo una dipendente poco professionale non mi ha permesso neanche di varcare la soglia della porta. Tutto ciò mi sembra assurdo, condivido l'appuntamento per provare, ma non si può impedire ad un potenziale acquirente di guardare la merce, dopotutto si tratta solo di vestiti non di gioielli.
