Ho acquistato un abito di Philip Lim, 653€ da scontare al 60% come gran parte della merce perché periodo di saldi. Torno a casa, il giorno dopo decido di metterlo ma mi accorgo che gran parte dei bottoni (nascosti da una finta, non visibili se non toccati) erano tutti appiccicosi e, chi è del mestiere come me, sa che questo significa che il bottone è molto vecchio. Decido quindi di cercare il prodotto su internet per capire di quale stagione fosse (tutta la merce presente in negozio era della stagione corrente, o forse pensavo!!!!) non riesco a trovarlo, contatto l'assistenza clienti sul sito di Philip Lim inviandogli codice articolo e foto, mi rispondono che l'abito è della SPRING SUMMER 2014, si, proprio 2014!!! Torno in negozio e, come si suol dire "beccare un bambino con le mani nella marmellata" non sapevano cosa rispondere, hanno provato a dire "ma non lo sappiamo questo forse è della 2018", c'erano dei clienti, cercando di farsi notare il meno possibile mi hanno restituito i soldi. Non è finita qui, il peggio sta per arrivare... Neanche il tempo di chiudere la porta che il vestito era nuovamente sui social con tanto di stesso prezzo, pronto per essere venduto a qualche altro fesso! Con molto rammarico vi dico che io non ci metterò più piede. Avevo scritto questa recensione sulla loro pagina facebook, ma non curanti di tutto hanno ben pensato di togliere la voce recensioni dalla pagina per non renderla visibile, ennesima caduta di stile! I went into this shop hoping for honesty, but sadly it wasn't. I bought a Philip Lim dress, 653 € to be discounted at 60% like most of the goods because of the sales period. I come home, the next day I decide to put it on but I realize that most of the buttons (hidden by a fake, not visible if not touched) were all sticky and, those of the trade like me, know that this means that the button is very old. So I decide to look for the product on the internet to understand what season it was (all the merchandise in the store was from the current season, or maybe I thought !!!!) I can't find it, I contact customer care on Philip Lim's website by sending him article code and photos, they tell me that the dress is from SPRING SUMMER 2014, yes, 2014 !!! I go back to the shop and, as they say "peck a child with their hands in the jam" they didn't know what to answer, they tried to say "but we don't know this maybe it's from 2018", there were customers, trying to get noticed as little as possible they gave me my money back. That's not all, the worst is about to come ... Not even time to close the door that the dress was back on social media with a lot of the same price, ready to be sold to some other fool! With great regret I tell you that I will not set foot there again. I had written this review on their facebook page, but regardless of everything, they thought of removing the reviews item from the page so as not to make it visible, yet another fall in style!
