Infatti sia con il carburatore elettronico che si regola da solo, che con quello normale che si regola con le viti, la maggior parte dei problemi che ho avuto con le motoseghe è sempre stata dovuta al carburatore. Ho iniziato a cercare rivenditori Stihl finché ho trovato la Giacomelli Macchine Agricole di Sarezzo, nella persona di Claudia Giacomelli, che sin dalla prima visita è stata gentile, professionale e competente. Tra l’altro io abito all’estero e la legge mi consente di acquistare prodotti in Italia con esenzione IVA, pagando la tassa nel momento in cui esporto il prodotto all’estero, con un’aliquota che è un terzo di quella italiana. Gli altri rivenditori hanno fatto un sacco di storie, mentre l’unica che sin da subito mi ha detto che poteva fare tutta la procedura per l’esenzione IVA è stata Claudia di Giacomelli Macchine Agricole. Se fossi stato costretto a pagare l’IVA in Italia non avrei comprato la motosega. Non è tutto: quando la mia MS 500i nuova fiammante è finalmente arrivata, Claudia ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste con gentilezza e pazienza, il che non è da tutti visto che io sono un cliente pignolo e impegnativo. Dagli altri rivenditori Stihl ho trovato tanta arroganza e poca disponibilità, mentre da Giacomelli Macchine Agricole finora ho trovato gentilezza e professionalità.
