Mi sono fermata da Giacobazzi perchè recensito positivamente su google e devo dire che confermo l’ottimo trattamento. Super veloci e scrupolosi hanno verificato la pressione delle gomme e sistemato il display dell’auto. A volte non è scontato ricevere cortesia e professionalitá se non si è un cliente abituale. Grazie!
I was passing through Abano and my car reported a tire pressure anomaly. I stopped by Giacobazzi because it was positively reviewed on google and I must say that I confirm the excellent treatment. Super fast and scrupulous they checked tire pressure and fixed the car's display. Sometimes it is not obvious to receive courtesy and professionalism if you are not a regular customer. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che chi parli di “efficenza” e “rapidità” o becca sempre il momento giusto o è una persona di rilievo e quindi viene servita subito.
2 volte ci sono stato, ma ora basta.
Appuntamento ad un orario, macchina sul banco dopo 1 ora e mezza la prima volta, 45 minuti dopo l’orario prefissato la seconda.
Il cambio gomme è e deve essere un intervento abbastanza rapido, a meno che non si debba fare la convergenza.
Aggiungo inoltre che entrano in macchina senza nemmeno cambiarsi i guanti (belli sporchi per il lavoro) o almeno mettendo un telo per coprire sedile o volante.

I've been there twice, but that's enough.
Appointment at a time, car on the bench after 1 hour and a half the first time, 45 minutes after the scheduled time the second.
Changing tires is and must be a fairly quick intervention, unless convergence has to be made.
I would also add that they get into the car without even changing gloves (nice dirty for work) or at least putting a towel to cover the seat or steering wheel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto preventivo telefonico per 4 gomme, e chiesto anche l'opzione per venire con 4 gomme e pagare servizio di montaggio. Prima 40/50€ . Quando richiamo per capire quando venire mi dice 90€ perché le gomme che voglio montare le prendo su internet. Chiedo cortesemente se c'è più lavoro con quelle nuove prese in internet mi dice che loro fanno cosi per contrastare questo fenomeno della vendita on-line dei pneumatici.
Ho ringraziato e basta ovviamente. Io comprendo il loro ragionamento ma la differenza di prezzo era tanta ma tanta rispetto a internet.
Ah alla fine le ho prese da un altro rivenditore e non sul web. ☮️
Asked for a telephone quote for 4 tires, and also asked for the option to come with 4 tires and pay for the assembly service. Before 40/50 €. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera sono il sig gallocchio mirko il giorno 2 dicembre mia moglie e andata a sostituire le gomme da giacobazzi Montegrotto premetto che 20 giorni prima il carozziere aveva rifatto i cerchi della bmw x 4 da colore silver a neri opachi mia moglie ne aveva gia strisciato uno e dopo aver sostitito le gomme l'abbiamo riportata in carozzeria mi chiama il mio carrozziere mi dice che su quattro cerchi tre sono strisciati perche non so in che moda sia stata tolto il tappo centrale bmw ma si e tolto il colore e inoltre ci sono delle taccature della chiave per svitare i bulloni, non ci sono state ragioni di farci
risarcire il danno e voleva dare la colpa alla carozzeria che il colore era stato dato male io premetto sono artigiano posso essere anche d'accordo pero fatto il danno mi fermo avviso il cliente e di conseguenza riprendo, lui il propietario ha detto di non essersi accorto di niente inoltre per lui ci sono macchine di serie A e macchine di serie B io da signore ho riportato la macchina nella mia carozzeria e ho fatto mettere apposto tutto per un valore di 120 euro pero non consiglio a nessuno giacobazzi gomme montegrotto buona sera

Good evening, my name is mr gallocchio mirko on 2nd December my wife went to replace the tires at giacobazzi Montegrotto I state that 20 days earlier the carmaker had redone the wheels of the bmw x 4 from silver to matte blacks my wife had already crawled one and after replacing the tires we brought it back to the body shop my body shop calls me and tells me that on four rims three have crawled because I don't know in what fashion the bmw central cap has been removed but the color has been removed and also there are some notches of the key to unscrew the bolts, there was no reason to do so
compensate for the damage and wanted to blame the bodywork that the color had been given badly I say I'm a craftsman I can also agree but once the damage is done I stop I notify the customer and consequently I resume, he the owner said he did not notice also for him there are series A cars and series B cars I as a gentleman I brought the car back to my body shop and I had everything put in place for a value of 120 euros but I do not recommend to anyone giacobazzi montegrotto tires good evening
