Inoltre applicano degli sconti su Woolrich (che la casa madre non impone)..suppongo siano falsi! Orribili nella gestione della clientela..poco tatto! Bad experience! Welcomed in a rude and unkind way! I went to buy a Woolrich..they only have two models from past years. They also apply discounts on Woolrich (which the parent company does not impose) .. I suppose they are fake! Horrible in customer management .. little touch!

Preso una magliettina a mezze maniche blu a 95 euro made in italy e non Italia dopo 2 lavaggi in acqua a 30 gradi come da etichetta si è scolorita..... È diventata azzurra... = prodotto cinese... Queste fregature le posso prendere se pago 5 euro in piazza 8 agosto e non 95 euro allo Store... Forse non mi vedranno più... High prices... Not quality clothing. Al termine dell' acquisto non hanno nemmeno fatto un cenno di saluto e c'era solo un altro cliente oltre a me. Bellissima la vetrina ma all'interno inspiegabili soggetti. Non ci tornerò mai più. A Bologna si può pagare un cappuccino con l'American Express ma non un Woolrich da 799 euro. Questa risposta che ho ricevuto quasi avessi dato fastidio a chiedere mostra una pochissima attenzione alle esigenze del cliente e mi ha dato un gran fastidio. Fortunatamente è arrivato il suo collega che molto gentilmente mi ha aiutato nella scelta . Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto ma mi chiedo come un negozio di quel livello possa avvalersi di personale così maleducato .
