Riguardo al trovare un lavoro in tempi brevi non posso dire nulla, fino alla firma del contratto è andato tutto liscio. Tutti i problemi saltano fuori dopo, ogni mese in busta paga mi venivano assegnate ore di assenza mai fatte, oppure non mi venivano retribuite ore ordinare e anche ore straordinarie, le quali risultavano sulle timbrature, ma magicamente nel momento di compilare la busta paga sparivano all'istante. Un esempio sono gli straordinari fatti e le ore di assenza assegnatemi ingiustamente nei mesi da gennaio a maggio, tutte queste ore mi sono state pagate nella busta paga di maggio, quindi tutti i problemi avuti in 5 mesi riuniti in una busta paga. In più la situazione non è cambiata nei mesi successivi, e ogni volta che facevo presente un problema non ricevevo mai una risposta, e l'ufficio a cui mi rivolgevo si limitava a inviare solleciti a quanto pare ininfluenti verso l'amministrazione delle buste paga.

In addition, the situation did not change in the following months, and every time I raised a problem I never received an answer, and the office I contacted limited itself to sending apparently irrelevant reminders to the payroll administration.
