★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato da questa agenzia per un paio di lavori ed eravamo rimasti d’accordo che sarei stato avvisato sia in caso di esito negativo che positivo.Passa una settimana li chiamo io e mi dicono che non riescono a mettersi in contatto con le ditte.Passa la seconda settimana,li richiamo e mi sento dire la stessa cosa.A me sembra strano che una ditta non ti dia nessuna risposta e infatti ci credo poco,fatto sta che ho smesso di chiamare e ho trovato lavoro da solo!!!Pessimi!!!
I was contacted by this agency for a couple of jobs and we had agreed that I would have been notified in case of a negative or positive result. I'll call them a week and they tell me they can not get in touch with the companies. Spend the second week, I recall them and I hear the same thing. It seems strange to me that a company will not give you any answer and in fact I believe little, fact is that I stopped calling and I found work alone! !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo colloquio in agenzia da loro con esito positivo, faccio il secondo colloquio in azienda e la sera mi viene subito riferito che aveva avuto esito positivo ed erano intenzionati ad assumermi. Mi viene detto di recarmi urgentemente gia la mattina dopo al tribunale di Verona per procurarmi il casellario giudiziale generale e che avrei ricevuto una telefonata dal responsabile per iniziare entro la settimana seguente. Faccio tutto, vado a fare il documento (che si paga), torno una settimana dopo a ritirarlo e ancora niente chiamata. Richiamo in agenzia per sapere qualcosa e mi viene detto di provare a chiamare io il responsabile (di cui però nessuno mi ha dato il recapito). Provo piu volte e nessuna risposta. Alla terza settimana richiamo in agenzia per chiedere se sia stata tutta una presa in giro e mi viene detto che provano a sentire e mi faranno sapere al più presto cosa sia successo. Sono passate altre 2 settimane e niente. E io che avevo dato le dimissioni dal mio precedente lavoro per essere disponibile da subito come mi era stato richiesto. Mai piu.
First interview in the agency by them with a positive outcome, I do the second interview in the company and in the evening I was immediately told that he had a positive outcome and they were willing to hire me. I am told to go urgently to the Verona court the next morning to get the general criminal record and I would have received a call from the manager to start within the following week. I do everything, I go to make the document (which you pay for), I come back a week later to pick it up and still no call. Call back to the agency to find out something and I am told to try to call the manager (but no one gave me the address). I try several times and no answer. At the third week I call the agency to ask if it was all a joke and I am told that they try to hear and they will let me know as soon as possible what happened. It's been another 2 weeks and nothing. And I, who had resigned from my previous job to be available immediately as requested. Never again.
