★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da oltre 15 giorni siamo senza riscaldamento in un complesso di 7 appartamenti con dei bambini che hanno pochi mesi, siete venuti ad appurare il problema e avete rimandato la riparazione al 7 gennaio (sperando che il pezzo sia disponibile) al telefono dell'azienda risponde la segreteria e non è disponibile un contatto per le emergenze.
Nel 2019 credo sia inaccettabile che un'azienda offra un disservizio simile, lasciando 7 famiglie al freddo e non predisponendro un impianto provvisorio che permetta di garantire quantomeno un riscaldamento minimo.
For over 15 days we have been without heating in a complex of 7 apartments with children who are just a few months old, you have come to find out the problem and have postponed the repair to 7 January (hoping that the piece is available). secretariat and no contact is available for emergencies.
In 2019 I think it is unacceptable for a company to offer a similar disservice, leaving 7 families in the cold and not setting up a temporary system that allows at least minimum heating to be guaranteed.
