★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Subito dopo i lavori sono emersi difetti e vizi costruttivi, e ancora ne emergono, continuamente, dopo pochi anni dalla fine lavori. Lavorazioni conteggiate ma non eseguite, materiali e prodotti diversi da quelli previsti in capitolato. I titolari hanno spesso cercato di rifilare prodotti più scadenti di quelli previsti dal capitolato, e in alcuni casi ci sono riusciti perché il direttore lavori non poteva essere presente sul cantiere 8 ore al giorno e verificare la effettiva provenienza dei materiali che portavano. Ovviamente l'impresa ha sempre scaricato ogni responsabilità, con le motivazioni più fantasiose. Consiglio vivamente di evitarla.
Bad experience. Immediately after the works, construction defects and vices emerged, and they still emerge, continuously, after a few years from the end of the works. Workings counted but not performed, materials and products other than those specified in the specifications. The owners often tried to trim products that were poorer than those specified in the specifications, and in some cases they succeeded because the construction manager could not be present on the construction site 8 hours a day and verify the actual origin of the materials they carried. Obviously the company has always discharged any responsibility, with the most imaginative reasons. I highly recommend avoiding it.
