★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il loro panel di sondaggi "Euromedia Research",e' da 4 mesi che aspetto un buono Amazon da 10€,che ancora non mi e' arrivato.
Ho scritto 2 email all assistenza,senza mai avere una risposta!
Metto 2 stelle,invece di 1 sola,solo per il fatto che i sondaggi sono interessanti,ma con i pagamenti e l assistenza,non ci siamo propio,e anche le ricariche telefoniche richiedono un minimo di 2 mesi.
4 mesi per un buono Amazon(e chissa' quanto ancora) sono decisamente inaccettabili e lo stesso dicasi per l assistenza assente,per un panel che vuole apparire serio!
 With their "Euromedia Research" survey panel, I have been waiting for 4 months for a € 10 Amazon voucher, which has not yet arrived.
I wrote 2 support emails, never getting a reply!
I put 2 stars, instead of just 1, just for the fact that the surveys are interesting, but with the payments and the assistance, we are not really there, and the telephone top-ups also require a minimum of 2 months.
4 months for an Amazon voucher (and who knows how long) are definitely unacceptable and the same goes for absent assistance, for a panel that wants to appear serious!
