Mio marito si è presentato per un preventivo in negozio, gli e’ stato risposto che sono pieni di lavoro ma comunque dopo il weekend ci avrebbero contattato. Nessuno si è fatto sentire e il martedì abbiamo richiamato. Al telefono ci hanno spiegato che probabilmente mio marito e’ stato fermato da cugini “cacconi” (così sono stati definiti) capendo che i rapporti tra loro non sono ottimi. Quindi ci hanno dato l’appuntamento per il giorno dopo alle 9 al ns domicilio per vedere il lavoro da fare. Alle 9,30 nessuno ancora si era presentato, chiamo e sbuffando mi rispondono che ho ragione e se ero in casa in mattinata sarebbero passati. Ho ribadito che avrebbero potuto anche avvisarmi visto che ero in casa ad aspettare loro. Li ho salutati ringraziandoli per la loro professionalità e dicendogli “a mai più!”. Il lavoro lo facciamo fare da qualche altro SERIO ed ONESTO professionista che ha voglia di lavorare e guadagnare. Never ever never again! My husband showed up for a quote in the store, he was told that they are full of work but they would have contacted us after the weekend. Nobody showed up and on Tuesday we called back. On the phone, they explained that my husband was probably stopped by "cacconi" cousins (as they were defined) understanding that the relationships between them are not excellent. So they gave us an appointment for the next day at 9am at our home to see the work to be done. At 9.30 no one had yet shown up, I call and puffing they answer that I'm right and if I was at home in the morning they would have passed. I reiterated that they could also warn me since I was at home waiting for them. I greeted them by thanking them for their professionalism and saying "never again!". We have the job done by some other SERIOUS and HONEST professional who wants to work and earn.
