Fornitura, cortesia e professionalità sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche di questo storico negozio dalla bellissima vetrina e dalla scelta ampissima in ambito di perle e corallo! Impossibile non trovare qualcosa di adatto per il regalo di classe che hai in mente.

Splendida vetrina, gioielli diversi dagli altri negozi, coralli, perle e pietre pregiate. Ottimo posto dove trovare dal pensierino per una laurea, comunione, battesimo compleanno fino a regali importanti per matrimoni, ricorrenze e traguardi! Una perla acquistata sul Ponte Vecchio ha un valore in più rispetto ad una perla presa in qualunque altro posto del mondo, soprattutto se dietro è presente una professionalità ed una esperienza che dura da almeno tre generazioni! Bought a lovely pearl necklace for my wife! She loved it :-) high quality

This was the worst experience I have had at a Jeweler. I went in on a Monday to see what Gold Rope Chain I prefered, the Jeweler was more than helpful to help me find the perfect 24'' 18k Gold Rope Chain. The price was a little steep for me, so I decided to think on it. I came back one day later and couldn't have been more frustrated. The Jeweler that was more than helpful to me the day before was working in one of the other stores and the supervisor I spoke with thought I was trying to pull a fast one on her with what I was wanting so I described the more than helpful lady to her and when she came into the store she said "I have never seen this person in my life." The more than helpful lady was telling me that the chain I wanted was an 18k Gold Rope Chain. Come to find out she was trying to pull a fast one on me and sell me a cheap 9k Gold Rope Chain, while saying multiple times that it was 18k. Decent customer service by the supervisor & manager. Didn't offer to help with any prices though, even though I was blatantly lied to by this dark hair lady of Filipino decent. Wouldn't want my worst enemy to spend any money here. Worst experience I have ever had at a Jeweler. Beware, they will pull a fast one on you. Stay away from this scamming Jeweler shop. 1/5 Stars is definitely an over exaggeration of the service that was provided.

Amazing experience in one of the most fabulous boutiques of Ponte Vecchio. Very warm and intimate welcome and shopping assistance which led me to buy a beautiful coral necklace for my girlfriend, who loved it. I definitely suggest Ugo's Gioielleria for such important and tasteful presents.

I was referred to this shop by a sister store because I was looking for a Tahitian pearl (yes I know a Tahitian pearl in Italy....but I wanted to buy something on the Ponte Vecchio and that was what I was looking for :). The lady working there was very helpful and pulled all of the Tahitian rings out for me but none were what I was looking for. She then pulled the loose pearls out of the safe. She allowed me the use of the loop to view the pearls and then I found the perfect 8 to 9 mm pearl BUT it was part of a set of pearl earrings. I didn't think the pearl colors matched but one of them was exactly what I was looking for. I asked if I could buy the ONE pearl earring so I could have it set into a ring when I returned to the United States. She quickly called and verified that I could indeed buy the ONE pearl. I was so happy as I had been looking for a pearl for a couple of years but was especially pleased with the great customer service.
