Già allora chiesi come mai: cosa che capita!!! fu la risposta. Ieri era domenica, stesso problema, risolto in poco più di mezz'ora. Sapevo che la domenica ci sono prezzi alti, sapevo che si paga dal momento della chiamata, ma siamo a due km. è arrivato dopo quasi un'ora, ha tolto l'intoppo dicendo che forse non era stato eliminato bene la volta scorsa. Mi presentano due ore di addebito a 140 euro l'ora, lo svuotamento del pozzo che non c'è stato perchè c'era solo l'intoppo nel tubo finale, una curva, un gomito. Totale, IVA compresa, 354 euro e non mi hanno proposto la videoispezione di cui si dicono specialisti. Chiaro che abbiamo rotto le scatole all'operatore di domenica!!!! Mai più clienti e vedremo di contestare la fattura in tutti i modi.

Total, including VAT, € 354 and they did not offer me the video inspection they claim to be specialists. Of course we broke the boxes with the operator on Sunday !!!! No more customers and we will try to contest the invoice in every way.
