Ho dovuto cambiare una camicia acquistata il giorno prima e un commesso, forse addirittura il responsabile, ha replicato dicendomi che fosse molto stropicciata quando in realtà la camicia l’ho trovata in quello stato quando ho aperto il pacchetto regalo in cui era stata messa. Un gesto per niente carino.
Unfortunately the staff were very rude. I had to change a shirt purchased the day before and a clerk, perhaps even the manager, replied by telling me that it was very wrinkled when in fact the shirt I found it in that state when I opened the gift package in which it was placed. Not a nice gesture.
