La saucisse cuite, le saucisson, le veau ect... Bref quand vous goûtez une fois à ce lieu c'est difficile de ne pas y revenir... Une boucherie familiale comme il en existe peu en France...
If you are French and happen to find yourself in BobbioPellice this place is a must! Local products of incredible quality ... Cooked sausage, sausage, veal ect ... In short when you taste once in this place it's hard not to come back ... A family butcher like it few exist in France ...
