★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena ritirato la mia auto e poco dopo mi sono accorto che il pulsante del finestrino era rotto....ho chiamato per chiarire ed ho ricevuto totale menefreghismo come se volessi provarci...per cosa?Un danno da 50 euro? Non scherziamo, ma la strafottenza del titolare l'ho trovata fuori luogo e poco educata, bastava dire mi spiace...vediamo...guardi abbiamo avuto la cura assoluta ma può succedere....Invece poca gentilezza e nessuna presa di responsabilità. Ovviamente non metterò più piede in questo garage ma la colpa è stata mia perchè avrei dovuto fare le lastre alla auto prima di andare via.Il danno è poca cosa(pulsante vetro) e con 50 euro passa...ma la scortesia del titolare non potrò dimenticarla.
I just picked up my car and shortly after I realized that the window button was broken .... I called to clarify and I received total indifference as if I wanted to try ... for what? 50 euro damage? Let's not joke, but I found the owner's arrogance out of place and not polite, it was enough to say I'm sorry ... let's see ... look we had the absolute care but it can happen .... Instead little kindness and no taking of responsibility . Obviously I will not set foot in this garage again but it was my fault because I had to do the plates on the car before leaving.The damage is small (glass button) and with 50 euros it passes ... but the rudeness of the owner does not I will be able to forget it.
