We are a small biochemical laboratory from Bitola R.Macedonia.A year ago we bought Chem 200 from Your local dealer in R.Macedonia ,Dooel Biotek from Skopje.At the time we thought that we were making a good investment.Unfortunately only after 2 months from the purchasing date we sow that we were very wrong.The Chem was out of work showing “Problem with the movement of the needle”.As we were supposed to do ,we contacted Your representative from Biotek to do a service and resolve the problem.Since that day 15 and more times the same problem occurred every 5 weeks.Every time we were officially servicing the CHEM 200 with Your official dealer service department. The problem unfortunately was persistent and the CHEM 200 have been working properly only for 4 weeks.After every fourth week from the day service was made the problem was appearing again and again...”Problem with the movement of the needle”. Today as our patience ran out ,we contacted Your provider and told them to take the Chem back and return us the payment.Their answer was “You can do whatever you want” that meant that they don’t care anymore.We were angry and disapointed.As we told you at the beginning ,we are small lab but with big heart.We will overcome this problem on our own.Doing so we will erase the name GESAN from our memory and we will loudly speak the truth and the experience that we learned indirectly and directly working with name GESAN.We would like to wish you a good future but that would be hypocritical knowing your professional collaborates in Macedonia. Right now we are already making a deal for new equipment but luckily for us it is not GESAN’S product.
