Questo ha dimostrato una pessima capacità di gestire il cliente e pochissima umanità. Per tanto non consiglio a nessuno di averci a che fare. Sono comunque consapevole che Gerald's abbia una eccellente reputazione), ma alla rapidità di arrivo e alla gentilezza dello staff, che ha preparato un pacchettino regalo e aggiunto anche un gadget gratuito nella spedizione. Continuate così! My review is not about the goodness of the products (this can be evaluated by my girlfriend, she asked me as a gift a cleanser and a tonic of this brand. I am however aware that Gerald's has an excellent reputation), but about the speed of arrival and to the kindness of the staff, who prepared a gift package and also added a free gadget in the shipment.
