Sono entrato per comprare un paio di scarpe quando ho chiesto di essere seguito con le misure la risposta è stata la seguente :c'è tanta gente se non le va bene quella è la porta.... Non credevo alle mie orecchie. Le ho detto scusi non ho capito può ripetere.... É stata ancora più chiara si è presa le scarpe e mi ha detto per la seconda volta quella è la porta. Senza parole!
Absolutely to avoid, unique experience with rude and attentive staff. I came in to buy a pair of shoes when I asked to be followed with the measurements, the answer was the following: there are many people if you don't like that is the door .... I didn't believe my ears. I said sorry I did not understand can repeat .... It was even clearer she took her shoes and told me for the second time that is the door. Without words!

Ultimamente sono stato trattato molto male, in maniera arrogante, dal personale, mi è stato riferito dalla titolare (!) a tal punto che mi sono rivolto al servizio clienti anche per la scarsa qualità del prodotto che si è consumato a loro detta in appena due.giorni d ' uso venduto a mio padre anziano.
Prima di procedere ad un acquisto consiglio di valutare altre opportunità in merito al rapporto qualità/prezzo dei prodotti offerti.
I have been a customer of this shop for several years. Lately I have been treated very badly, in an arrogant way, by the staff, I was told by the owner (!) To the point that I turned to customer service also for the poor quality of the product which they said was consumed in just two .days of use sold to my elderly father.
Before making a purchase, I recommend evaluating other opportunities regarding the quality / price ratio of the products offered.

Sanno sempre consigliarmi, assecondare le mie richieste e dimostrano una pazienza infinita. Non è scontato oggi riuscire a stabilire un rapporto così genuino con il cliente. Bravi!
I always gladly come back to this store, especially for the great professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of two employees in particular, Morena and Willy.
