Personale gentile e professionale
L'unico neo che il personale è inferiore in base alla visita della clientela nel punto vendita che ha decretato mancate vendite.
Consiglio al gestore o titolare del punto vendita almeno nei periodi dei saldi di assumere una persona in più.
Così si avranno più vendite e la clientela non deve attendere ore intere per essere servita o per pagare,perché chi fa cassa non può anche servire perché da un pessimo servizio,svolgendo pessimamente uno dei due ruoli.
Quindi invito il gestore o titolare di assumere una collaboratrice in più specialmente nei periodi con molta affluenza.
