Al banco tiro la linguetta e si stacca la seconda metà. Non capisco se un articolo è difettoso ( cosa che dalle altre recensioni lette mi pare frequente in questo negozio ) non si può semplicemente cambiarlo? Può essere che le ciabatte esposte al sole si scollino, no!? No mio figlio le ha usate male; avevano ancora l'etichetta. Andati dal vicino De PIN sorpreso che non ce le avesse cambiate, gentilezza e problema risolto, speso la metà. Very bad, very bad and still very bad. L’ho trovato ben fornito, prezzi standard (in luoghi di villeggiatura di solito i prezzi sono più alti) e personale cordiale e competente. Ho acquistato due monopattini. Uno dei due ha presentato problemi ma me lo hanno prontamente sostituito. Anche quello successivo però aveva problemi. Anche quello senza battere ciglio me lo hanno sostituito. Ora non so se fosse un problema di una partita sbagliata (due non funzionanti?) o se avessi sbagliato io a richiudere il monopattino (strano perché ne avevo acquistato due ma con il primo non ho avuto nessun problema)...non lo so e non sto a discutere: sicuramente peró mi sento di dare un giudizio più che positivo per l’attenzione data al cliente. I problemi ci possono essere, è una cosa normale, come in tutte le cose che si acquistano, ma se c’è la pronta disponibilità di risolverli il giudizio non può essere che positivo. Non conta solo l’acquisto ma anche l’assistenza in caso di problemi e io ne ho avuta. Sulla base della mia esperienza, mi sento quindi di dire che è un negozio con personale serio e professionale dove acquistare con sicurezza. Hello, I went to this store for my last vacation. There can be problems, it is normal, like in all the things you buy, but if there is the ready availability to solve them, the judgment can only be positive. It is not only the purchase that counts but also the assistance in case of problems and I have had it. Based on my experience, I would therefore like to say that it is a shop with serious and professional staff to buy with confidence.

Mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, le commesse sono gentilissime e i titolari molto competenti e cordiali; nonostante il caos estivo sono sempre pronti a illustrare i loro prodotti o consigliare giochi o regali adatti ad ogni età. Qui è possibile trovare ogni tipo di prodotto, creme, palloni, completi sportivi o costumi ad ottimo prezzo, ciabattine per il mare, bellissimi giochi in legno o materassini. C'è davvero di tutto e i prezzi sono concorrenziali! Ve lo consiglio anche perchè potrete trovare varie idee per regalini da poter sfruttare anche durante l'anno. Consigliatissimo! Here you can find all kinds of products, creams, balls, sports suits or costumes at a great price, slippers for the sea, beautiful wooden toys or mats. There is really everything and the prices are competitive! I also recommend it because you can find various ideas for gifts that you can take advantage of even during the year. Highly recommended!
